Day 1
April 15, 2025
Everyone must be in by 10:00 PM on April 15th. You will have to book your own flights to Tokyo so make sure you arrive on this date. If you need booking assistance, our travel experts will help you find the best flight at a good rate.
You will be picked up at the airport by our VIP drivers. They will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate holding a sign with your name.
This iconic, narrow alleyway in Shinjuku is famed for its quaint bars and eateries. Our exclusive experience offers a taste of local cuisine and drinks in a uniquely intimate setting. We will interact with locals, drink, eat, and be merry!
Day 2
April 16, 2025
During cherry blossom season, the Imperial Palace in Tokyo transforms into a breathtaking spectacle. The palace, surrounded by ancient moats and stone walls, becomes adorned with delicate pink and white cherry blossoms, creating a stunning contrast against the historic backdrop.
Ueno Park, renowned for its more than 1,000 cherry trees, bursts into a vibrant display of pink and white blossoms. We will stroll along the pathways lined with sakura, creating a mesmerizing tunnel of flowers.
Take this time to shower, nap, and prepare for the evening.
Experience the iconic Shibuya Crossing, Tokyo’s bustling heartbeat and the world’s busiest pedestrian crossing. We will take you to the heart of this vibrant intersection, famous for its organized chaos and neon-lit backdrop.
Embark on a culinary adventure in Tokyo’s lively Shibuya district with our ultimate ramen experience. We will dive into the world of authentic Japanese ramen, exploring diverse flavors and styles in some of Shibuya’s best-kept secret ramen shops.
Day 3
April 17, 2025
Step back in time in Asakusa, Tokyo’s traditional district, with our unique kimono wearing experience. Stroll through the historic streets dressed in a beautiful Japanese kimono, blending seamlessly with the timeless ambiance of Asakusa. Visit Senso-ji Temple, one of Tokyo’s oldest, and wander around the Nakamise shopping street, creating picture-perfect memories in your traditional attire.
Embark on a gastronomic journey through Asakusa, Tokyo’s historic heart. Savor the flavors of traditional Japanese cuisine as you explore the charming streets of this old-town area. Taste local specialties like tempura, yakitori, and various street foods, all while learning about Asakusa’s rich culinary history.
During cherry blossom season, Sumida Park, straddling the Sumida River in Tokyo, becomes a picturesque haven. The park is renowned for its approximately 1,000 cherry trees, creating a stunning corridor of pink and white along the riverbanks. The sight of cherry blossoms with the Tokyo Skytree in the background offers a unique blend of traditional and modern Japan.
Take this time to shower, nap, and prepare for the evening.
Explore the vibrant and colorful streets of Harajuku, where Tokyo’s fashion and pop culture come alive. Discover trendy boutiques, themed cafes, and the iconic Takeshita Street, known for its unique style and youthful energy. Immerse yourself in the world of kawaii culture, street art, and fashion-forward trends.
Indulge in delicious local cuisine at a trendy Harajuku restaurant, then let loose and showcase your singing talents at a lively karaoke bar. Experience the fun and excitement of Tokyo’s nightlife, all in the eclectic and vibrant setting of Harajuku.
Day 4
April 18, 2025
We will spend a full-day touring Mount Fuji and do activities within the park. A bus will take us to Mount Fuji from Tokyo. Your suitcases will be delivered to your hotel in Osaka.
We will leave the hotel at 6:00 AM. Please make sure you are all packed. Your suitcases will be shipped to Osaka the previous night so make sure you are packed!
We need to catch our bullet train at 7:15 AM.

Day 5
April 19, 2025
We will visit Kema Sakuranomiya Park, a riverside park known for its cherry blossoms.

After lunch, we will head to Shitennoji Temple and explore its grounds.
We will spend the afternoon touring Osaka Castle and enjoying the Cherry Blossoms. We will also have a sunset picnic in the castle.
In the evening, we will participate in a street food tour in the bustling Dotonbori area.
Day 6
April 20, 2025
This day, we will see the deers of Nara! We will take the train in the morning. The trip is about 1 hour.
We will visit Nara Park to see and feed the friendly deers. From there, we will explore Todai-ji Temple and Kasuga Taisha Shrine.
Nara Park is very beautiful during Cherry Blossom season – there are many thing to see and do!
In the evening, we will return to Osaka.
Day 7
April 21, 2025
We will leave the hotel at 6:00 AM. Please make sure you are all packed. Your suitcases will be shipped to Kyoto the previous night so make sure you are packed!
We need to catch our bullet train at 7:15 AM.

Day 8
April 22, 2025
During cherry blossom season, Kinkaku-ji’s golden structure glows against the backdrop of delicate pink sakura. The tranquil pond and meticulously landscaped gardens enhance the ethereal beauty, creating a mesmerizing scene. This iconic Zen Buddhist temple is a must-visit for its stunning architecture and serene ambiance during spring.
Nijo Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site, transforms into a cherry blossom wonderland each spring. The castle’s historic buildings and gardens are adorned with vibrant sakura, offering picturesque views. Stroll through the grounds to experience a blend of history and natural beauty in Kyoto’s premier cherry blossom destination.
Philosopher’s Path, a scenic walkway along a canal lined with cherry trees, is an enchanting spot in Kyoto during cherry blossom season. Named after the philosopher Nishida Kitaro, this tranquil path offers a serene and contemplative experience, perfect for leisurely strolls amidst the pink blooms.
Day 9
April 23, 2025
During cherry blossom season, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove transforms into a magical blend of lush bamboo and delicate pink sakura. The serene pathways through towering bamboo stalks, interspersed with blooming cherry trees, create a unique and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful and picturesque stroll in Kyoto.
Tenryu-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offers a serene escape during cherry blossom season. The temple’s beautiful garden, designed by Muso Soseki, features stunning sakura trees reflecting in the pond. This historic Zen temple is an ideal spot for experiencing Kyoto’s natural and spiritual beauty.
The Hozu River, lined with cherry blossoms, offers a scenic and tranquil setting during spring. Enjoy a traditional boat ride or a leisurely walk along the riverbanks to admire the stunning contrast of pink sakura against the lush greenery and the serene flow of the water.
Pontocho Alley, a historic street along the Kamogawa River, is especially enchanting during cherry blossom season. Day 10
April 24, 2025
Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates, offers a captivating experience during cherry blossom season. The lush sakura trees add a touch of ephemeral beauty to the sacred pathways. This iconic Shinto shrine is a must-visit for its spiritual significance and picturesque scenery in Kyoto.
Before we head back to Tokyo for our flights, we will have a farewell brunch.
End of Japan Cherry Blossoms Tour. We will arrange your transfer to the airport (Narita, Haneda or Kansai)

We will be staying in a boutique and modern hostel with co-working spaces, common areas, cinema, gaming, kitchen, bar, and restaurant. This place is quite photogenic!
