Travel to Vietnam Itinerary (11 days)
Day 1: March 16, 2025 (Hanoi)
✈️ Arrival in Hanoi
All participants must be in Hanoi by 10:00 PM. A driver will pick you up at the airport according to your arrival date.
For those who are arriving before 10:00 PM, we will have a welcome dinner at a restaurant and have drinks after dinner (optional).
Day 2: March 17, 2025 (Hanoi)
9:00 AM - Hanoi Old Quarter Tour
We will start the day by exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. A local guide will take us around the quarter - we'll walk, wander, and take photos!
11:00 AM - Hanoi Street Food Tour
After walking around the Old Quarter, we will proceed to a different neighborhood where a Vietnamese foodie will take us to 8 places to try the best Vietnamese food.
3:00 PM - Vietnamese Cooking Class
We will go to a local Vietnamese home to learn how to cook authentic Vietnamese dishes with a chef!
Day 3: March 18, 2025 (Hanoi)
8:00 AM: Full day luxury cruise (HaLong Bay)
We will spend the whole day in a boat cruising around HaLong Bay. Food will be served.
Day 4: March 19, 2025 (Hanoi)
8:00 AM: Full day luxury cruise (HaLong Bay)
We will spend the whole day in a boat cruising around HaLong Bay. Food will be served.
Day 5: March 20, 2025 (Ninh Binh)
8:00 AM: Full day Ninh Binh Dragon Boat
Discover the stunning landscapes of Ninh Binh on an enchanting dragon boat tour through the region’s peaceful rivers and dramatic limestone karsts. Known as the “Halong Bay on land,” Ninh Binh offers an unforgettable journey through its lush scenery and tranquil waters.
7:40 PM - Overnight Sleeper Bus
We will spend the night in a luxury sleeper bus and make our way to Hue.
Day 6: March 21, 2025 (Hue)
6:00 AM: Hotel Check-in (Hue)
We will have an early check-in so you can rest in our hotel in Hue.
9:00 AM - Hue Imperial City Walking Tour
We will explore the Imperial City of Hue with a local guide.
6:00 PM - Evening Street Food Tour
A local foodie guide will take us to 10+ best food spots in Hue. Come hungry! We will also have drinks and fellowship.
Day 7: March 22, 2025 (Da Nang)
7:30 AM: Da Nang Golden Bridge Tour
We will drive to Da Nang Golden Bridge and explore Da Nang for half-day.
4:00 PM - Arrival in Hoi An
Our villa in Hoi An has a pool so take this afternoon as a time to rest!
Day 8: March 23, 2025 (Hoi An)
1:00 PM: Hoi An Basket Boat Tour
A local guide will take us for a basket boat ride. We will also visit markets and try authentic Vietnamese cuisine!
6:00 PM - Sleeper Bus to Ho Chi Minh City
We will spend the night in a luxury sleeper bus and make our way to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 9: March 24, 2025 (Ho Chi Minh)
6:00 AM: Check-in, Ho Chi Minh hotel
We will have an early check-in at our hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
9:00 AM: Authentic Vietnamese Coffee Tour
Vietnam is popular for their coffee! On this day, we will explore the coffee culture of Vietnam.
4:00 PM - Vegan Food Walk
A super cool vegan food tour in Ho Chi Minh City!
Day 10: March 25, 2025 (Ho Chi Minh)
Full-day Mekong Delta Tour
We will spend at least 6 hours in the Mekong Delta, visiting villages, eating traditional food, and cruising the river.
7:00 PM: Dinner and Farewell Party
This is the last night of our Vietnam tour! We will go to a local bar to have dinner and drinks.
Day 11: March 26, 2025 (Ho Chi Minh)
End of Vietnam Tour
The driver will take you to the airport 3 hours before your flight. For those flying in the evening, we will have a farewell brunch (optional).

This Vietnam Tour is 100% refundable up to 90 days before the trip.
If you need to cancel beyond that, you will be charged a 10% handling fee.

TRAVEL TO VIETNAM ESSENTIALS
👣 Beginner Physical Level
The tour focuses on food and culture. We will board boats but not necessarily hike.
🚌 Transportation
We will have two nights on a luxury sleeper bus and we will also take a luxury sleeper train.
🛏️ Accommodation
We will stay in 4-star hotels. In Hoi An, we will have a villa with a pool! Some breakfasts are included in the hotels.
🍲 Meals
Breakfast at the hotel, lots of food tours, and cooking classes. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
