OAXACA AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Juan was awesome! Both friendly and patient (he had to wait over 30 minutes as our friends decided to bring check-in baggage!). Plus, he then took us to the local supermarket so we could grab a few things on the way to Sayulita. On pickup for our return trip, he was on time and helped us navigate the airport quickly! Let’s discuss the obvious concern – the upfront money payment: we paid online the day before and we received an email the following morning, the very morning of our trip, confirming our ride. These days trust is an odd commodity – but you can have trust in this service as they came through for us perfectly.

We were VERY happy with our PV airport transportation. Our flight was delayed but Insider still had our car at the airport to greet us. Communication worked well through WhatsApp. Our driver Juan was excellent and we were able to stop and get groceries along the way. The cost was fair and exactly as promised. I would recommend Insider and our driver Juan 5stars! Escaping a Canadian winter!

There was a big traffic in Puerto Vallarta airport and Juan couldn't find parking so we had to walk to another pick-up location which was fine. Overall, I wouldn't complain since this is not a VIP service. You have to pay something more expensive if you want a VIP treatment. I am so happy and content with Juan's services and Maria was very attentive via Whatsapp so everything went smoothly.

Juan is incredible! He picked us up last year and we could not wait to hire his services again this year. He is prompt, kind, knowledgeable, plays great music. If I could give him ten stars I would. He is the only person we call when we want a driver in Nayarit.

Riding with Juan was a special part of our vacation. He was on time, friendly, and reliable. We scheduled for both trips to and from the airport. It was a such a relief to know that we were taken care of during our stay, and we looked forward to seeing a familiar face for our ride back to PV. Highly recommend:)

Juan drove my daughter and I to and from Sayulita (Puerta Vallarta). He was so kind and offered to let us stop at store to get some items before heading to our destination. Juan was professional and friendly! I highly recommend Juan and would use his services again!

Juan was amazing. Communication was great via What’sApp. He picked us up on time and even took us to the market to pick up groceries and sand toys for our kids on the way to Sayulita. Juan was very fun and friendly and shared a lot of interesting facts and recommendations from a locals perspective. We will definitely use Juan again next time we are in PVR!

We scheduled to have Juan pick up my partner and I on separate dates from PVR to Sayulita and he was great! He parked across the bridge, met me at OXXO then took my luggage back across the bridge to his car, we then stopped by the supermarket and were on our way to Sayulita. He’s responsive on WhatsApp and was chatting (if you want to chat) with me in English through the car ride. Highly recommend!

Juan is the best! Very responsive, answered all my questions, and made getting to San Pancho from the airport in PV super easy. I recommended him to all my friends who are joining me next week. He took me to the ATM so I could get cash, and gave me tips about the area. Very friendly and reliable!

Juan’s service was exceptional! We had a complex schedule transporting our family or four to and from Sayulita at different times on different dates. Juan handled everything graciously with calm, patience, humor, and savvy. I enjoyed conversing with him in my broken Spanish together with his basic English. He was very punctual and knowledgeable about the area, including rapid Covid testing sites which was a source of anxiety for me as I have not been out of country since pandemic hit. No doubt about it, we were grateful to Juan and look forward to seeing him again.

I’m so glad we found Juan on Mexicoinsider – he met our flight from Léon at PV airport (there was a little confusion at the OXXO but we found each other eventually). The trip to Sayulita was slower than normal because of an accident on the highway so we couldn’t go the the supermarket as we had hoped, but of course that wasn’t Juan’s fault! Aside from those tiny glitches the trip was a pleasure. His taxi was spotless and his driving excellent and professional. He was cheerful and attentive but not too chatty, which I appreciated. I would most definitely recommend Juan to anyone arriving at Puerto Vallarta airport looking for a ride to Sayulita. Also the price is right! Thanks, Juan!
